For our second to last conversation partner meeting, we talked about the classic Disney film, The Lion King. Beforehand, she had mentioned that she was having trouble finding the 1994 version, so we decided to watch the 2019 version featuring Beyonce. However, when we started our meeting, she said she was able to watch both versions so we compared the two films. She liked the plot and the songs. We then talked about other Disney movies and she mentioned she had watched Frozen II. Frozen II is one of my favorite Disney movies so that was really exciting to hear that she had seen it. Finally, we discussed how Disney is going through a "revamping" phase and how they're turning their animated movies into live-action/higher quality animation (in the case of The Lion King).
