 The COVID-19 Pandemic has had a devastating effect on both Dojun and myself. Even though the effects of the disease have caused similar problems, the way our own countries have dealt with it differed drastically. Since we are both fans of movies, the topic for today was on movie theaters and Coronavirus. A common difference that I learned about South Korea and the United States is how much America depends on big business conglomerates for various necessities. The movie theaters in the United States often have more than 6 theaters whereas that is the maximum for many in South Korea. We read an article about safety issues in the movie theater and then proceeded with a conversation.
