On June 3rd, Dojun and I continued our discussion on coffee, and he taught me a lot about the coffee culture in South Korea and different parts of Asia. The new vocabulary for the day was labor intensive and indigenous. He explained to me they import a lot of coffee from Saipan and Guam. We work on his speaking skills with topics that he knows a lot about. This topic allowed him to focus on monitoring his grammar in use because he was already familiar and confident with the content.
