In this session, I decided to teach Dave something different, how to tell time. I choose this topic as something fun for him to do while learning English. I had him watch a video on the concept of time and how people in America utilize and tell time. I tried my best to have worksheets where he has to draw the time, write the time, and read the time from a sentence.

From this session, I learned that sometimes, or ideally all the time, as a teacher you have to find a way to make the topic fun for the students, especially for younger ones. Since again this is a virtual class, I have to think outside the box to keep them engaged and believe that they need to learn English.
