For my fourth conversation with Kim, we began by talking about how Kim had completed a presentation with her class on a paper she had to read in class. I explained to her about taking the TEFL course and the positives and negatives that come with tutoring students. When I explained to her who my tutee was, she explained that she knew him and have taken classes with him. She explained that CIES students tend to not be able to show up for tutoring because they have forgotten to do it. So, I should not be as worried and applaud my motivation and determination to teach people. Kim asked me for recommendations on what good places there are to eat in Tallahassee. Because I myself is such a foodie, I gave her as many places I could for any form of dishes. Kim herself, explained that she is not picky about food but her husband is and that he has a sweet tooth. She in particular likes steak so I recommended her to Longhorn steak house and if she and her husband wanted dessert, Sugar Rush Bar. Kim and her husband wanted a place where they would sell crispy chicken, so I recommended Popeyes and The Hobbit. She explained that fried chicken was a well-known dish in South Korea. She also made an observation that here in America, the food seems to be saltier than back in her home country.

Our last conversation was me trying to understand her name. I noticed that Kim is not her first name but her last name, her first name is Hangah(Hang-AH). She explained that in Korea that they would identify themselves with their last names first and first names last.
