Critiquing an Outline

Lessons Learned: Today Hossain wanted some help with a persuasive outline that he recently got feedback on.

Feedback: Most of the issues that he struggled with were knowing when to use the past tense and when to use plural words. He did really well once I pointed out certain areas that I thought he should review. I didn't give him the answers, he was able to correct himself which was really good.
