Adrian Green - TS#3
Earlier this weekend I had my 3rd tutoring session with my tutee from South Korea. I had prepared a more in depth plan for this class which focused more on teaching differences in pronunciation. However before we could begin the lesson my tutee asked if I could help him with the comprehension of a zoom meeting he had recorded earlier that day.
We went over the zoom call recording and compared it to a transcription my tutee had made of the same call. Any time there were discrepancies I helped explain the words used which often included teaching new vocabulary.
This zoom meeting ended up not being exactly what I had expected, however I still think it was a very productive tutoring session.
